Agendamento Prévio: Por favor, agende a data e horário da visita, incluindo a hora de chegada e saída. Clientes que chegarem sem agendamento não poderão ser atendidos, pois isso pode interferir na rotina da fábrica.

Duração da Visita: Considerando nossa agenda apertada, solicitamos que as visitas sejam breves, para não prejudicar o fluxo de trabalho da fábrica e da equipe comercial.

Horários de Atendimento: Nosso horário de atendimento presencial é das 8:00 às 11:30 e das 13:00 às 16:00. Lembramos que temos uma pausa para almoço das 11:30 às 12:30, durante a qual não estaremos disponíveis.

IMPORTANTE: O direito à manutenção sem custo de mão de obra não inclui atendimento in loco na fábrica. Se o cliente desejar participar pessoalmente de um procedimento de manutenção, é necessário agendar um horário e arcar com os custos das horas em que nosso colaborador estará disponível. If you wish to receive in-person assistance or visit our factory, you are very welcome! To ensure a smooth visit, please follow the guidelines below:

Advance Scheduling: Please schedule the date and time of your visit, including your arrival and departure times. Customers arriving without a prior appointment will not be accommodated, as this may disrupt the factory's routine.

Visit Duration: Considering our tight schedule, we kindly ask that visits be brief, so as not to hinder the workflow of the factory and the sales team.

Office Hours: Our in-person service hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Please note that we take a lunch break from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, during which we will not be available.

IMPORTANT: The right to maintenance without labor costs does not include on-site service at the factory. If a customer wishes to participate in a maintenance procedure in person, it is necessary to schedule a time and cover the costs for the hours our staff member will be available. For more information on costs, please consult our sales team.
